What is Virtual Design?
Virtual Design is an online interior design service that allows us to collaborate with you remotely to create a beautiful and personalized space. This flexible approach offers a more convenient and affordable alternative to traditional in-person design services, while still providing thoughtful, customized guidance for your home.
Through email, phone calls, video meetings, photos, and curated design plans, we’ll work together to bring your vision to life no matter where you are located. As long as you have internet access, we can help transform your space with a design tailored to your style, needs, and budget.
Getting to Know You
Fill out a design questionnaire describing your vision and the aesthetic that you want to achieve. Thoroughly describe your needs, wishes, likes and dislikes. This will give us an insight of the kind of space you want to create.
After we have reviewed the questionnaire, we will then schedule an initial phone call with you to verify project information and ask any questions we might have. Then we will email over your proposal and payment link. Once you accept and submit payment, we will start working on your project!

Measurements and Photographs
You will be asked to take measurements and photos of your room and any furniture that you would like to keep and use in your project. We will create a shared Pinterest board with you so you can share, pin and communicate your design inspiration with us there. This will help us get a better understanding of your vision.

Planning and Preparation
After we have all the information we need, it is time for us to get to work! We will review your preliminary design with you via phone/video call, make any requested revisions and email you the finalized vision board and shopping list. We will share a few different purchase options so you can choose what best fits your style and budget.
Shopping and Decorating
Now, it is time for you to make your designs come to life. You can shop and order the products through your personalized shopping list when you are ready. Once all your products arrive, you will be able to start decorating! A one-hour phone/video consultation is included in your package for your final design. We will be happy to view your final design and provide any feedback!
What You Can Expect From Us

We are able to communicate back and forth in regards to a design in a timely manner, while setting realistic timelines and designs - as per the client's request.
✓ Typical Turn-Around Time
Depending on the design package you choose, the current turn around time is approximately 7-14 days from the date of your initial phone call, completed questionnaire and payment.
